One of the most common sleeping problems, snoring affects millions and millions of people all over the world. What this means is that all of these snorers, plus their loved ones, wake up without feeling energized and well rested, which in turn makes them more irritable and stressed out during the day. With such a big market, it should come as no surprise that snoring can now be effectively reduced or completely stopped thanks to the top snoring aids. Our WoodyKnows review will introduce one of those aids.
What Is a WoodyKnows Nasal Dilator?
Put simply, WoodyKnows Nasal Dilator is an anti-snoring aid that is inserted into the nose. Appearance-wise, it is a ring connected to two tube-like pieces of FDA-approved plastic. The ring gently sits on the outside of the nose while firmly holding the two tubes that go inside the nose together. This device opens up the nasal passages and allows air to flow uninterruptedly. By going deeper within the nasal passage, the product relieves nasal congestion, reduces snoring, and helps snorers with deviated septums.
The material used for this product is soft medical-grade plastic that is BPA-free and Phthalate-free. WoodyKnows Nasal Dilator was carefully designed to fit the nostrils perfectly. Thanks to the shape and its slanted posture, it is effective and prevents any discomfort that other anti-snoring devices might cause.
Having said that, it should be pointed out that in some cases, it might still take some time for people to get used to it. The thing that makes this product comfortable to wear is the fact it securely stays in one place during the night. Also, there is no adhesive that is used to keep the dilators in place, which means that this device is easier on the skin and does not cause irritation.
One of the advantages of WoodyKnows Nasal Dilator is that it is flexible and ultra thin. What this means for users is that the device is not only comfortable but also very discreet, especially when you account for the fact that the majority of the device sits inside the nose during the night. If not for the ring-part, the device would be almost invisible.
It is also important to note that this product comes in three different sizes, including small (made for a child-like or small adult nose), medium, and large (for a medium size adult nose and a large adult nose, respectively). Choosing the right size is important as sizing really makes a difference. Wearing a size too small or too big can not only be ineffective but uncomfortable as well.
How Is It Different?
WoodyKnows Nasal Dilator goes deeper inside the nose than other dilators, which means that it is more likely to open the nasal passages effectively. At the same time, this product is less likely to irritate the skin, especially in comparison to some other types of products that use adhesives to keep the anti-snoring device in place during the night.
When using this snoring aid, one soon discovers that WoodyKnows Nasal Dilator is really soft to the touch and although it doesn’t cause discomfort when inserted into the nose, it might take a while to get used to wearing it. Also, for those suffering from a nasal congestion, waking up with a dirty and messy device is a possibility, which means that the device should be cleaned on a regular basis. Fortunately, cleaning is fast and simple.
As far as the prices for anti-snoring devices go, WoodyKnows Nasal Dilator is definitely among the more affordable products. It is currently being sold for around $14.

All things considered, our WoodyKnows review showed that this nasal dilator can definitely be a game changer for some, especially those whose breathing and snoring issues stem from some kind of nasal congestion. The product is quite affordable and although it may take some time getting used to, it causes minimal discomfort and is quite discreet.
It took me about a week to get use to something being in my nose. It was very sore at times, so I use some petroleum jelly to ease the transition. The material itself is very fragile, so I need to replace them once a month on average. It’s not perfect but it reduced my snoring to a degree and improved my nasal breathing, so I guess it’s worth the money.
I find these to be better than nasal vents. They just feel more natural in my nose. The material is not the softest but the dilators definitely work.
Once I got used to these dilators (five to six nights, maybe even a whole week), I was really happy with them. They are very light and pretty efficient against snoring.
This is a funny product. I snore a lot and it helps me a lot, but does nothing for my wife, I don’t know why. Personally, I recommend them.
Good thing I got the multipack because it took me awhile to figure out the right size. Lost the S ones immediately. After that, it was once peaceful night after another.
