- Submitted By Julie Long on 02/16/2019Worked like a charm for my husband which means we both get to have some quality sleep at last. His jaw did get quite sore for the first two weeks though and he had trouble chewing for like an hour or two after taking the mouthpiece out.
- Submitted By Jack Henderson on 11/03/2018I bought this one by mistake and later realized I can’t use it with my tooth implant so be aware if you have them as well, this is not the mouthpiece for you.
- Submitted By Christina Foster on 08/29/2018Worked like a charm for my husband which means we both get to have some quality sleep at last. His jaw did get quite sore for the first two weeks though and he had trouble chewing for like an hour or two after taking the mouthpiece out.
- Submitted By Kevin Nelson on 06/01/2018On top of reducing my snoring, this device also helped me improve the posture of my lower jaw. My wife and I both got one and it worked perfectly for both of us. We wake up well rested and fresh, and we never wake each other up during the night.

- Submitted By Ronald Collins on 02/16/2019I bought Zyppah for our trip to Paris since I didn’t want to miss on the whole experience by waking up beaten to a pulp every morning. The most important thing however is that it works like a charm. As far as my wife is concerned, my snoring has been completely gone ever since we bought the mouthpiece. The back line did break through but it was completely my fault since I shouldn’t have cleaned it with toothpaste.
- Submitted By Cynthia Gray on 02/01/2019The mouthpiece works exactly as advertised but if you’re a restless sleeper like me you can count on it falling out of your mouth until you get used to it and develop muscle control to keep it in.
- Submitted By Raymond Murphy on 01/07/2019The mouthpiece was kinda uncomfortable at first and it made me droll a lot for like a couple of days but they were all just short-term side effects that disappear after your first week. The awesome design and me not snoring anymore however are sticking around for the long run.
- Submitted By Jacob Moore on 06/04/2018It took me a couple of days to get use to this device and my jaw felt a bit sore during that time. I was so focused on being comfortable I haven't even realized I stopped snoring in the meantime. I wake up revitalized every morning and my wife is finally able to get a good night's sleep too.

Comparison Breakdown
Fitting Process
Zyppah uses the boil-and-bite technology, which means that it takes a couple of minutes to mold the device in accordance with the unique shape of your jaw and teeth. The process is simple, but it is important to strictly follow the fitting instructions. On the other hand, ZQuiet belongs to the one-size-fits-all category, meaning there is no fitting process at all. While this may be convenient, there is still a slight chance that the device won’t fit perfectly, although this hardly ever happens.
Material Quality
Zyppah is made of comfortable BPA-free thermoplastic material while ZQuiet is made of FDA-approved, medical-grade plastic. Therefore, they are both safe to use and the quality of the materials they are made of is incredibly high. In this respect, we are thoroughly satisfied with both devices.
Adjustability
Zyppah is readily adjustable and it is designed to allow you to easily achieve a perfect fit. However, the only slight flaw is that with this device, you cannot adjust jaw positioning. ZQuiet is not adjustable, but it does come in two sizes, which differ in the degree of jaw advancement.
Longevity
A single Zyppah device can be used for 6 to 9 months, depending on a number of factors, including teeth grinding. ZQuiet does not have too long a lifespan and normally lasts for several months. However, it can last longer, as some users even report using it for up to 11 months before replacing it with a new device.
Price
The price of ZQuiet is somewhat lower than the price of Zyppah. What is more, with ZQuiet, you get two devices at the price of one – one in size A and the other one in size B. Still, Zyppah is more durable, which is why it may turn out to be a better investment.
Overall Experience
As far as the overall experience is concerned, the differences are truly slight. However, we are inclined to say that we were a bit more satisfied with Zyppah although it is important to point out that some snorers prefer ZQuiet. As we already said at the beginning of this ZQuiet vs. Zyppah comparison, you cannot make a mistake with either of these devices as they are both incredibly effective against snoring.
