Therapeutica Review

Snoring is a big problem and the worst thing is that it is often just a symptom of an even larger issue, such as sleep apnea, for instance. In any case, it is no laughing matter, especially if you snore particularly loudly or have to sleep next to someone who does.
Our Therapeutica review introduces one of the most elaborately designed sleeping pillows on the market, which has also been found to do wonders for people who snore. Read on and find out what makes it so special.
What Is Therapeutica?
Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow is more than just a snoring aid. It is an expertly designed pillow that will boost your overall health and not merely reduce your snoring.

Therapeutica works by providing support to the neck and the head and keeping the spine straight. This enhances airflow as the soft tissues of the tongue and the palate are “encouraged” to stay in their natural position.
Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow was designed and developed by an ergonomic designer who worked together with a chiropractor. Together, they came up with a unique design which provides the most elaborate support for one’s neck and head. One of the best things about this design is that it works for every sleeping position.
Unfortunately for snorers, the pillow will work as an anti-snoring device only for those who sleep on their back. Therapeutica is made from non-toxic and non-allergenic foam which is so durable that the pillow comes with a five-year warranty that promises the pillow will not lose its shape. On top of all this, you also get a pillow cover designed especially for this pillow.
How Is It Different?

Like we already mentioned in this Therapeutica review, it was not developed by just about anyone. An expert team with decades of experience in their respective their fields made this one of the best-designed sleeping pillows on the market.
Unlike some other anti-snoring pillows, Therapeutica will also produce other benefits for the snorer’s health. It will ensure they sleep in the proper position, which can help with back pain, sore back, and other problems that stem from sleeping in an improper position.
Another way you can know this is a very special kind of an anti-snoring pillow is that it comes in five different sizes. Most other anti-snoring pillows come in one-size-fits-all version and you just know that this is not good enough.
User Experience
Therapeutica is not the easiest pillow to get used to, that is for sure. The neck support part of it is particularly uncomfortable at first, but most of our experts agree that it took them less than three nights to get used to it. It should also be noted that the foam used in this pillow is quite sturdy, making this a solution that will be especially liked by people who like their pillows rigid.
Another thing that our experts can confirm is that the pillow can be used no matter how you sleep. This being said, its anti-snoring abilities are lost if you do not sleep on your back.
Price
Quality is worth paying for and Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow costs $99.45. When you consider the quality of the material, and the time and effort it took to design it, as well as the five-year guarantee, the price is actually not that extravagant.

Bottom Line
After writing this Therapeutica review, it is difficult not to be amazed by the hard work and expertise that went into designing the Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow. As for its usefulness as an anti-snoring aid, it will all come down to how you sleep and whether this pillow’s support system will have beneficial effects for your kind of snoring problem.
The pillow did wonders for my neck. I’m a bag/side sleeper and I also have cervical dystonia. My previous pillow was made of shredded latex and it did improve my situation somewhat. However, Therapeutica pillow does all that and also positions my head and shoulders more naturally allowing me to completely relax during the night. The side wings are very helpful when I’m sleeping on my side as they prevent my head from tilting or my shoulder crunching under me. If it lasts some reasonable time, I’ll definitely purchase another one.
My sister got me this pillow last Christmas and I only started using it a month ago when the wife gave me an ultimatum (I’m a pretty hardcore snorer). I was like, no way am I sleeping on this weird piece of godknowswhat. Ultimately I gave it a go. It’s not as weird as it looks and it’s definitely more comfy than it looks. As for the snoring, it worked some 60%, which I guess is pretty good.
I have been using the large pillow for six months now and it actually works. It took me some time to get used to sleeping on it but now I can’t imagine going to sleep without it.
It’s strange, somewhat uncomfortable and expensive, and I still want my old dawn pillow back, but this therapeutica sleeping pillow is pretty good against snoring.
Both my husband and I are using this pillow. I literally don’t snore any more. The hubby still does but much less than before. He only wakes me up once a night!
