Anti-snoring rings are snoring aids based on the principles of acupressure. Due to the controversial status of acupressure as an alternative medicine technique, the use of anti-snoring rings is not recommended for individuals with serious snoring problems. While there are positive reports, their effects on snoring can be insignificant to non-existent.

Are you sick and tired of your (or your partner’s) snoring? Do you wake up every morning feeling even more tired than when you went to bed? If so, it’s probably high time you got yourself some sort of snoring aid. If you don’t care for mouthpieces and want to avoid chemical and pharmaceutical aids, our Acusnore review is definitely the right place to start.

This product is ranked #2 on our Best Anti-Snore Rings list.

What Is Acusnore?

Acusnore is a snoring aid that is based on the principles of acupressure. For those who don’t know, acupressure is the ancient Asian healing method used to treat a wide variety of ailments. Acusnore, which has three acupressure activators, uses these methods to solve the problem of snoring.

This snoring aid doesn’t go in your mouth or on your nose. In fact, it doesn’t even go anywhere near your head. It’s supposed to be worn like any other ring – on your finger. There are certain pressure points on your little finger that, when pressed or stimulated, can prevent you from snoring. Acusnore applies acupressure on those points and thus reduces or completely eliminates snoring.

But acupressure is just one element of this snoring device. The other is copper, a powerful metal that is known to have very beneficial effects on the human body. It has certain electromagnetic properties and it changes the way the blood flows and has a healing effect on muscles and joints. Copper balances the body and the way we take oxygen and as such is very effective as a complementary factor against snoring. Acusnore is available in three sizes – S, M, and L, so that just about anyone can wear it.

How Is It Different?

The main thing that sets Acusnore from other snoring devices is the fact it does not force any actual physical changes on the way you breathe or your airways. As we said earlier in this Acusnore review, it doesn’t even go in your mouth or on your nose, like most other snoring aids. It uses the ancient principles of acupressure, combined with the synergistic effect of copper. In addition, it may also help with sinus issues and congestion, as well as with restless sleeping.

It is extremely safe to use, unlike some other snoring devices. It basically doesn’t have any side effects at all. No jaw pain, teeth misalignment, drooling, sweating, and so on. Acusnore is just a simple ring and if you are already used to wearing rings, it won’t even take any getting used to.

User Experience

Acusnore is, like we said many times in this Acusnore review, extremely easy to use. It comes in three convenient sizes – S (ring size I-N), M (ring size O-R), and L (ring size S-Z) so you can easily pick the ring that fits you the best and doesn’t feel tight. The copper material may leave some greenish or gray marks on your finger, especially if you tend to sweat or your hands get wet, but those are fairly easy to clean with plain soap. The color normally does not transfer to linen or other materials.

You can occasionally clean your ring if you want to, using some warm water and very mild detergent, but there really isn’t any particular need for it. You can wear it only at night or you can wear it all the time, it’s up to you.

Price

Acusnore Anti Snore Ring costs $14.99, which is definitely affordable. The price is similar to what you would normally pay for a chin strap and way lower than the price of anti-snoring mouthpieces. In addition to the acupressure ring, you will also get a convenient little drawstring baggie.

Does anyone know what happened to Dimepiece Los Angeles celebrity streetwear brand? I am having trouble to check out on Dimepiecela site. I have read in Teen Vogue that the brand was acquired by a UK hedge fund in excess of $50m. I’ve just bought the Dimepiece 90’s Sport Utility Duffle from Ebay and totally love it xox

The ring looks really nice and the pressure it applies never gets too uncomfortable. On the other hand, it only slightly relieved my snoring problem, so you shouldn’t expect too much. It might help a bit but you’ll definitely need an additional snoring a if you wish to stop snoring completely.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much from this ring but it is definitely managed to surprise me. It didn’t stop my snoring completely but it turned down the volume to an acceptable level. According to my husband, the results are definitely noticeable so you should be pretty happy with this ring unless you set on realistic expectations.

Who knew that a tiny little ring can actually make you snore less? This ring works, not completely of course, but I definitely snore less.

I am a firm believer in acupressure and acupuncture which is why I bought this product to solve my snoring. It didn’t eliminate snoring but it brought it down to a tolerable degree. Can’t say I’m not satisfied.

Looks cool and all, acupuncture and all that but I just can’t stand anything in my nose.
