Step 1: Wash and dry your lips.

Step 2: Remove the mouth strip from its liner.

Step 3: Close your mouth and press the lips together.

Step 4: Turn the lips slightly inward. Then apply the strip with the central vent positioned where the lips meet.

Removing the mouth strip is just as easy as it is putting it on. Once you decide it is time to take it off, all you need to do is force your mouth open and the strip will dislodge itself from your mouth on its own, no need to use your hands!
