Nasal cones do not work for everyone. They can provide some snoring relief in individuals suffering from nasal congestion, sinus issues, enlarged turbinates, collapsed nostrils or a deviated septum. They are not suitable for mouth and throat snorers. The use of nasal cones in children under the age of 10 is not recommended. We strongly advise consulting with your doctor before using nasal cones in conjunction with CPAP therapy.

Those who are affected by snoring and frequent nasal congestion can definitely benefit from products like the one we’re about to introduce in our Snorepin review. These convenient nasal cones are perfect for those who simply cannot stand one more night of snoring but want to avoid wearing a mouthpiece or using prescription products.

This product is ranked #2 on our Best Anti-Snoring Nasal Cones list.

What Is Snorepin?

Snorepin is a great anti-snoring solution designed to help you breathe better during sleep. It is scientifically established that many people snore because their airway is obstructed or collapsed. It can be due to a deviated septum, allergies, viruses, polyps, or simply because their nostrils collapse and almost close as they sleep. Snorepin addresses these issue directly by opening up your nostrils from the inside when you sleep.

snorepin

Nasal cones like Snorepin work by dilating the nostrils and thus allowing better airflow. You are supposed to insert one cone into each nostril and, thanks to their unique shape, they will keep your nostrils nice and open as you sleep. Snorepin cones are made from hypoallergenic polyurethane, they do not contain any latex, and they are not likely to cause allergies or any kind of discomfort. The material is comfortable enough, although definitely not as soft as cones made from silicone.

Snorepin cones are not suitable for children under the age of 10, but other than that, pretty much everyone can use them. Unfortunately, there is only one size, but the manufacturers claim it should fit anyone. The package contains two sets of Snorepin nasal cones, which is convenient in case one pair gets misplaced or damaged. The set should last you a long time, with proper care, of course. Do not boil or sterilize them, a simple quick wash under some warm water and mild soap or detergent should do the trick.

How Is It Different?

One thing that sets Snorepin apart from other nasal cones and similar snoring aids that go directly into your nose is the fact they feature small slits. Why is this important? You know the little hairs we all have in our nose? They may be annoying but they have a very important purpose – they catch tiny particles of dirt, as well as microbes, and prevent them from going into our airway, sinuses, and eventually lungs. They protect our health. Some nasal cones that do not have slits simply block the hairs from doing their job. The slits on Snorepin, however, allow the hairs to keep filtrating dirt, bacteria, and viruses, keeping us safe and healthy.

User Experience

Snorepin nasal cones are very easy to use. You are simply supposed to place one cone in each nostril. There is a little link between the cones that keeps them together and basically prevents you from pushing the cones too far, so you don’t have to worry about that. The material, like we said previously in this Snorepin review, is polyurethane, so don’t expect it to be as soft and cozy as silicone. Still, the cones are not uncomfortable to wear. They are very light and discreet, meaning no one will even notice you’re wearing them, especially in the dark.

One problem associated with these (and other) nasal cones is that they tend to fall out, especially if you are a fussy sleeper. Fortunately, the package contains two sets, so you will have the spare set in case you lose or damage the first one. As for care and maintenance, make sure to wash them every morning after you wake up. Warm water and some mild soap will do, although some people even put them in the dishwasher.

Price

One package that contains two sets of Snorepin nasal cones costs $14.99. This is slightly more expensive than some other products of the same type but definitely cheaper than mouthpieces. Snorepin comes with a 30-day money back guarantee.

Bottom Line

In conclusion of our Snorepin review, we can say that – thanks to its unique and improved design with small slits on the surface of the cones – Snorepin deserves a spot among the best snoring aids on the market right now. I just started using snorepin a few weeks ago and I believe they are great and definitely has improved my snoring.

These snoring cones are much more comfortable than any other kind I’ve tried. The slits often feel weird, especially if I pull them out too fast and some of the hairs get stuck. On the other hand, they helped me with my snoring so it’s not really a problem.

I love how Snorepin opens up my nose. I am a moderate snorer, but I get stuffy at night a lot, and they help my nose stay nice and open all night long.

Snorepin helped me. I still snore, only much less than before. And they are almost invisible, which I like.

I’ve already lost two sets of these nasal cones. Perhaps my nose is too big??

  6. GGJImenez | June 20, 2016

The price seemed too high for nasal cones so I was hesitant to try them. But since I tried god knows how many snoring aids, I decided to give them a shot. I still think they are expensive but they are actually quite good at reducing snoring so I can’t say I’m not happy. Would recommend!
