I’m disappointed and have sent several emails to the customer service people asking why the product I received is different from the video. No reply yet.

Other than that, this pillow works exactly as described, and you get use to your head being moved around after a while. I've been using it for six months now and the phone still has that elastic feel to it and bounces right back every morning

They all turned into pancakes after a while and provided absolutely no support leaving my neck to the mercy of my sleeping position. Nitetronic pillow is very comfortable and has finally solved all my snoring problems. On top of that, I wake up well rested without the all too familiar stiffness in my neck, shoulders, and back.

My previous pillow was made of shredded latex and it did improve my situation somewhat. However, Therapeutica pillow does all that and also positions my head and shoulders more naturally allowing me to completely relax during the night. The side wings are very helpful when I'm sleeping on my side as they prevent my head from tilting or my shoulder crunching under me. If it lasts some reasonable time, I'll definitely purchase another one.

I was like, no way am I sleeping on this weird piece of godknowswhat. Ultimately I gave it a go. It’s not as weird as it looks and it’s definitely more comfy than it looks. As for the snoring, it worked some 60%, which I guess is pretty good.
