I’m disappointed and have sent several emails to the customer service people asking why the product I received is different from the video. No reply yet.

Other than that, this pillow works exactly as described, and you get use to your head being moved around after a while. I've been using it for six months now and the phone still has that elastic feel to it and bounces right back every morning

They all turned into pancakes after a while and provided absolutely no support leaving my neck to the mercy of my sleeping position. Nitetronic pillow is very comfortable and has finally solved all my snoring problems. On top of that, I wake up well rested without the all too familiar stiffness in my neck, shoulders, and back.

Additionally it has turned it into more of a gargling sound then an actual snore. Long story short, I can finally sleep in the same room with my wife without her constantly waking up during the night.
