On the other hand, it only slightly relieved my snoring problem, so you shouldn't expect too much. It might help a bit but you'll definitely need an additional snoring a if you wish to stop snoring completely.

It didn't stop my snoring completely but it turned down the volume to an acceptable level. According to my husband, the results are definitely noticeable so you should be pretty happy with this ring unless you set on realistic expectations.

So I’m confused now.. maybe the ring only works when its worn properly, i dont know.. i just hope that the ring will work for good or else, goodluck to me!?

My daughter says her boyfriend stopped sounding like a freight train, but I don't see any improvements when it comes to my husband.
